  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days within Pakistan.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on location and customs procedures.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Free shipping is available on orders exceeding [Specify Minimum Amount, e.g., PKR 5,000] within Pakistan.

5. Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your package's journey.

6. Delayed or Missing Deliveries

Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for items that meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

  • Fragrances, accessories, or intimate wear due to hygiene reasons.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Complete the return form provided by our team and ship the item to our return address.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, contact our Customer Service team. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was damaged or defective.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

  • Deadphool reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during return shipping. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping method.
